BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This Sayville home had a severely deteriorated and leaking roof, including a large opening that required more than a simple repair. Non Stop completed a full roof replacement and incorporated a dedicated low-slope roofing system to properly protect the home while maintaining a consistent appearance across the different roof sections.
SCOPE OF WORK
Approximately 28 squares of existing roofing were removed down to the sheathing, with damaged decking replaced as needed. The new roof included GAF ice and water membrane, Deck-Armor underlayment, WeatherBlocker starter, new drip edge, chimney flashing, pipe boots and roof ventilation. GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Hickory were installed on the main roof, while the upper low-slope section received a color-matched GAF Liberty Base & Cap roofing system.
